Neti Pot

A container shaped pot which is used to rinse mucus from the nasal cavity is Neti Pot. It is used to cure illnesses like sinus, DNS, Nasal allergies, congestion and colds. It is the best way to clean the nasal as per the Ayurveda. It is among the Shatkarmas mentioned in the Hatha Yoga Pradipika.
