Kundalini Yoga Retreats at Real Happiness School are designed to tap into the intelligence of Divine Energy, known as "Kundalini," and the energy points, "Chakras." In this retreat, you will gain a deep understanding of the ancient wisdom of Kundalini and Chakras through the teachings of Philosophy, Meditation, Yoga, and Pranayama techniques.

The training package includes comfortable accommodation in clean rooms, where students can also engage in meditation or practice yoga postures during their free time. The retreat offers a special diet plan focused on the vegetarian, yogic, and Sattvic style of meals, adding the icing on the cake. Each morning, we will engage in three segments: Detoxification, Pranayama, and Yoga Asana. The Yoga Asanas will be tailored to awaken the Kundalini energy.
