You will learn 30+ Indian ancient Meditation techniques such as Vipassana Meditation, Silent Meditation, Om Meditation (Nadabrahma), Mindfulness, Transcendental (TM), Japa Vedic, Observation of Energy on Kundalini and Chakras, Visualisation, Energy Locks and other techniques in a very simple way.
