Syllabus, Ability and Dates

The course includes daily Vedic wellness pooja, yoga and pranayama, meditation theory and practice, vipassana and mindfulness, self enquiry, kundalini chakras, mantra chanting and evening meditation. It also covers theory classes, karma yoga, body and mind cleansing techniques, Vedic philosophy, yagna, nitya vandana, and Sanskrit mantras.
