What is the Gayatri mantra and its benefits?
In this Meditation Blog, We will share our wisdom on chanting benefits of the Gayatri Mantra, a popular Mantra in Yogic Tradition from the ancient Indian book "Rigveda".
Being a local from Rishikesh, I am familiar with the famous cafés and restaurants here, which is why I am able to share this experience with you. Having observed over a decade, I have personally dined and spent time at these cafés. The ranking is based on the taste of the food, the café's location, its environment, the staff's service and behavior, and the overall vibe.
Honestly, this is a genuine ranking, and I did not accept any paid promotion for ranking the cafés. In fact, I did not give prior notice to the cafés that I would be reviewing their food, as they might have pre-planned or altered their offerings. I simply want to be honest with my blog readers. My only source of earnings from this blog will be Google.
Sattvikta Café is located on Secret Waterfall Road, Tapovan, just 900 meters from the main highway—NH 58, also known as Badrinath Road, Rishikesh. If you are a regular tourist and not into hiking, please note that reaching this café requires a 300-meter uphill walk in the mountains, and the building has no elevator
to access the rooftop. Once you reach the rooftop, the staff are very humble and never rush you to place an order, as they understand that you’re there to relax. Once you are refreshed, the staff present a silence agreement. You are expected to remain silent while eating, in accordance with ancient Ayurvedic practice. The view from the café is amazing, with lush green mountains, and it is not obstructed by any buildings.
Soothing Vedic chanting flows gently through the cafe space, creating a serene and meditative atmosphere that nurtures inner peace. The food contains no refined oil or processed sugar; instead, they use ghee and natural sweeteners. The average order value is INR 300, and the top recommendations are the sprout salad and Ayurvedic drinks.
