When it is unbalanced, the feeling of fear, anxiety, unstable mood, irregular appetite, and so creates.

Pitta comes from fire and water. It is responsible for transformation and mutation in the body. It controls the metabolic system of the body such as absorption, digestion, and so. When it is balanced in the body, then one can think more clearly but when it is out of balance; then aggressive, impatient, inflammation occurs.

Kapha Dosha

Kapha is composed of earth and water. It produces a stabilizing influence on the human being. It works on the growth of the body by supplying water to various body parts. When it is balanced, then your loving and forgiving nature comes out. When it is out of balance, insecurities, envy, sluggishness, overpowers you.
